Missions overseas
Our churches' Overseas Mission Board supervises and regulates our overseas mission work on behalf of the churches.
Among various initiatives, our churches are co-operating with the Canadian Reformed Churches in Papua New Guinea and have contributed towards the construction of the Reformed Churches Bible College near Port Moresby.
Missionaries in the Field
Janice Reid
South East Asia
Janice Reid has served in missionary radio for fifteen years, working first for and then under the name Radio Training Services, an organisation formed by Janice and her French colleague, Jean-Luc Lebrun.
Janice lived in the Philippines for eight years, where she produced radio programmes for shortwave broadcast on FEBC's Overseas English Service. Since 1997 she has been involved in training radio announcers and station managers, holding workshops in various Asian countries.
Most recently, Janice spent two years in Cambodia, developing and conducting training courses for radio announcers, and for programme directors of Christian radio stations. She is now living in South East Asia and working with HCJB Global Voice as their radio trainer for that sub-region. The Hamilton congregation is Janice's sending church.
Wally and Jeanette Hagoort

Wally and Jeannette Hagoort are serving the Lord as missionaries in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
They serve with Reformed Ministries PNG who are supporting the Reformed Churches of PNG, as they seek to grow into a mature federation of churches. Wally and Jeannette also manage the Mapang Missionary Home, which provides transit accommodation for the wider mission and church community. They can be contacted on telephone 675 325 5251. The Hukanui congregation is the Hagoort's sending church.
The Reformed Churches of New Zealand cooperates with the Canadian Reformed Churches in PNG, as we together partner with the Reformed Churches of PNG in the work of carrying out the Great Commission of our Lord (Matthew 28:19,20).

The Wellington congregation is Susan's sending church.
Andrew Dickson
Uganda
Andrew Dickson has been working in Uganda since October 2008 as a full-time missionary deacon. His primary work involves facilitating the practical training of members of local congregations so that the Orthodox Presbyterian Church of Uganda (OPCU) can become a self-sustaining and self-replicating indigenous church. The Hamilton congregation is Andrew's sending church.
The Reformed Churches of New Zealand have also assisted the equipping of the local church by periodically sending a pastor to help with theological training within the OPCU.
